Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products

We sell digital products, which are delivered electronically via email or instant download. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Please read carefully before purchasing:

  • All digital product sales are non-refundable.
    Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer a refund.

  • If you experience any issues with your download or the file itself, please contact us at tshopina.aus@gmail.com — we’ll be happy to help you resolve the problem.

Exceptions

In rare cases, if you accidentally purchased the same item multiple times or the file is unusable due to a technical error on our side, we will review your case and offer a resolution (replacement or refund), at our discretion.

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period

Under EU law, digital products are not eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period once the download has started or access to the product has been provided. By purchasing and accessing your digital product, you waive your right to withdraw from the contract.
